A Few Things You Might Be Wondering

What is the minimum order?

Most custom event orders start at 5 pieces. Pricing varies depending on the item, quantity, and level of customization. Reach out with your ideas, and I'll be happy to provide a personalized quote.

How far in advance should I order?

Every project is different. Timing depends on the quantity, the product you choose, and the level of customization involved. The sooner we connect, the more time we'll have to plan and create something special for your event.

What if I'm not sure exactly what I want?

That's completely okay! In fact, many custom orders begin with just an idea. We'll chat about your event, your style, your color palette, your budget, and the overall look you're hoping to create. From there, we'll collaborate to design something that's both beautiful and meaningful. You don't need to have all the answers—that's what I'm here for!

Can you match my event colors?

Absolutely! I love coordinating pieces to complement your event. Whether you're matching invitation colors, wedding palettes, company branding, or a specific theme, we'll work together to create a look that fits your vision.

Can you include my logo?

In many cases, yes! It depends on the product and the design, but I'm always happy to explore the possibilities. Tell me about your idea, and we'll discuss the best approach to create something that represents your brand or event beautifully.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! Coastal Coasters ships handcrafted orders throughout the United States, so no matter where your event is taking place, your custom pieces can be delivered right to your door.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes. Special pricing is available for larger quantities. Whether you're celebrating with 30 guests or 300, I'll work with you to create beautiful favors that fit your vision and budget.

How does payment work?

Once we've discussed your project and finalized the details, I'll provide a personalized quote. A 50% deposit will be required to reserve your order, with the remaining balance due before shipping or pickup. I'll walk you through everything so there are no surprises along the way.
