Shipping
At Coastal Home Gifts, every item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and ready to enjoy.
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Most orders ship within 2–5 business days and are delivered via USPS or another trusted carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays, promotions, and periods of high order volume.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

- Photos if the item arrived damaged
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Most credit card refunds appear within 5–10 business days.
Handmade Products
Many of our products are handcrafted and one of a kind. Slight variations in color, resin patterns, wood grain, and design are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Order Changes
Because we begin processing orders quickly, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed promptly after purchase. Once production or fulfillment has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will gladly assist in filing a carrier inquiry and helping locate your shipment.

We currently ship within the United States through our website.
