These additional terms apply to all purchases made through Coastal Home Gifts. Coastal Home Gifts is operated by Coastal Coasters, a New York business.

Handmade Products

Many of our products are handcrafted and may feature slight variations in color, resin patterns, wood grain, texture, shape, and finish. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and contribute to the uniqueness of each item. Product photos are intended to represent the overall design and style; however, no two handmade pieces are exactly alike.

Product Descriptions

We strive to display product descriptions, colors, images, and details as accurately as possible. Due to variations in screen settings and the handmade nature of our products, actual products may vary slightly from what is displayed online.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are created specifically for the customer and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting their order.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided with their purchase. Coastal Coasters shall not be responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper cleaning, exposure to excessive heat, prolonged moisture, accidental damage, or failure to follow recommended care guidelines.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms of Service.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Coastal Coasters is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs delays, or circumstances beyond our control that may affect delivery times.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this website, including but not limited to product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, artwork, text, descriptions, and branding, is the property of Coastal Coasters and/or Coastal Home Gifts and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Coasters, doing business as Coastal Home Gifts, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
